Step 1
PolarSpas has a 30 day return policy. After 30 days of your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and it must also be in the original packaging with all parts.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Step 2
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please note, there will be a 15% re-stocking fee deducted from your refund.

To return your product, ship your item(s) to:

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, unless the product has a manufactures defect. Please note, the product will be inspected by Pulse ShowerSpas once received.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the arrival of your package.

Can I control the temperature remotely using the app?
Yes. The App is available at App store and its free.
Is there any risk using the tub with the cooler on?
No. The chiller has a water and electricity separation system.
Will the PolarSpa automatically keep the temperature?
Yes. The PolarSpa comes with an automatic temperature maintain system.
Can I use my PolarSpa indoors and outdoors?
Yes, the PolarSpa can be installed indoor and outdoors. For indoors installation make sure the drain is plumbed correctly.
Is there a filtration system?
The PolarSpa comes with a built-in vacuum system and circulation pump. Also with water strainer, cartridge filter, and built-in UV or ozone disinfection device(optional)
What is the minimum and maximum temperature I can get with the PolarSpa
Minimum temperature 37F and max 107F
